Would recommend Genuine Homes to anyone! Dennis was amazing to work with. His honesty, integrity, and accountability made the building process a dream for us. We talked to a couple different builders before settling on Dennis and we would definitely use him again if we were to decide to build another custom home in the future. He looked for ways to save us money, as well as gave a lot of good advice without making us feel like he was pushing us in any certain direction. His attention to detail and quality is top notch. Communication is key when building a custom home, and being able to contact him personally at any time with questions or concerns made the experience enjoyable, with very little stress. We've been in our home for 6 months now and he has checked in multiple times to make sure we are happy with everything and that there isn't anything that needs repaired or changed. Give Genuine Homes a chance, you won't be disappointed!!
